School hours

6:45 a.m.   Before school care begins
7:00 a.m.   Pre-K 2 before school care begins
8:00 a.m.   School day begins
2:45 p.m.   Dismissal
5:30 p.m.   After school care ends

Morning Care:

Morning care is provided by school personnel from 6:45 AM until 7:30 AM.  Children arriving between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM proceed directly to their classrooms.  Anyone arriving after the 8:00 a.m. bell is tardy and must report to the school office for a tardy slip.

After School Care:

The After School Program will begin on the first day of school -  3:00 – 5:30 PM. Any child in Kindergarten – Grade 6 who attends Nativity B.V.M.Elementary School is eligible to attend the After School Program.

Cost of Program: (children from the same family)
One child – $8.00 per day;
Two children – $13.00 per day
Three children – $18.00 per day.

ANY CHILD NOT PICKED UP BY 3:00 PM WILL BE SENT TO AFTER SCHOOL.  AT THAT TIME, CHILDREN WILL SIGNED IN.  A CHARGE FOR AFTER SCHOOL FOR THESE CHILDREN WILL BEGIN AT THAT TIME …  ANY CHILD LEFT AFTER 5:30 PM WILL BE SUBJECT TO PAY OVERTIME FEES OF $5.00 FOR EACH 15 MINUTE PERIOD.

Preschool Program
The Preschool program hours are from 6:45 AM - 5:30 PM at no extra cost. Please note Pre-K 2 begins at 7:00AM.
