NONDISCRIMINATORY POLICY

In compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1962, Title IV of the Educational Amendments of 1972 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1972, Nativity B.V.M. School's Policy assures that no one shall, on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex or handicap, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination in any program or activity of the school. Nativity B.V.M. Elementary School reaffirms that it has a Nondiscriminatory Policy with regard to race and sex, both in the enrollment of students and in the employment of teachers and staff.
